Samsung i780 also known as SGH-i780, is a high-end “Business Phone” with Windows Mobile 6.0. The phone is retailed in India through an exclusive partnership with The MobileStore, one of the largest chains of mobile retail stores.

Samsung i780 is a phone designed to suit the needs of a high-flying business professional and includes a good variety of high-end features.

The phone has a 2.2 inch TFT touchscreen display with 320 x 320 pixels resolution and 65K colors, a full QWERTY keypad, an “optical mouse”, Wi-Fi, GPS and 2Mega Pixel camera with video recording among its many features.

The SGH-i780 comes with a tri-band GSM connectivity with GPRS and EDGE, HSDPA connectivity, Office document viewer, Opera Mobile browser, e-mail and Blue tooth 2.0 with A2DP.

The phone comes with 150 MB of built-in internal memory and an additional support of a microSD card. The phone boasts of a powerful 1480 mAh battery that can give up to 7 hours in talk time or 400 hours of stand-by time.
